  • Trulia User
"Good area to live if looking for suburb living. It is a busy area with shipping center, kids, people, etc. that is if you can handle the traffic, noise, and hand full inconsiderate drivers. However living here 20 plus years everything's changed. Now want out as fast as I can!"
  • Trulia User

"A good mix of price points and size homes to meet the needs of a wide variety of demographics. Very close to a fast growing corporate corridor within a very fast growing county just south of Nashville. "
  • arch_2004
"While many things aren't quite walking distance we have just about everything you could imagine. Very nice and beautiful. It also feels very safe."
  • Jaa3i
"Franklin still has its small town charm while being close to all of the amenities in Nashville. We also have great schools. "
  • Kate
"Nice quiet cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street. One of the nicest high schools in the area. "
  • Kristen R.
"The Crime rating of HIGHEST is NOT for the neighborhood itself, but is for the Commercial area across the street from the neighborhood. Look up crime stats by address on CrimeReports.com which uploads all police reports. I lived in this neighborhood 11 years. It is an excellent neighborhood. There are sidewalks through out with trees lining them so they are shaded and provide a lovely walk. The community is active. The convenience to shopping cannot be beat. You can literally get to a store in 5 minutes and back home in 15 if you know what you need and just run in to get it."
