The 1,800 ft detached garage was built in 2021, it has a bathroom with a walk in shower, washer and dryer hook ups, utility sink, water heater, air conditioning unit, ceiling fans and the south 25 foot has temporary walls up. Sellers have their water hauled in and use a 2,500 gallon holding tank, there are wells in the area. This nice flat lot is zoned AR-15-A, the seller has gotten the OK from the County to break it up into three 5 acre parcels, this gives the buyer the option to subdivide if they would like.     "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
