pets welcome. Spacious townhouse. Great neighborhood.

looking for someone to take over my lease of a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. Love the area and neighborhood but just found out I am allergic to pet dander and need to leave asap. Pets welcome with dog breed restrictions. Lease is up at the end of January but you can always sign another one. Spacious living room and huge master bedroom. Easy access to freeways and tons of shopping. Text or email if interested. Rent is a little less than 1300 not including pet fees.
