Description

***MAKE SURE TO DO THE 3D WALK THROUGH ONLINE!*** Wow! If you're looking for an amazing home in a great neighborhood with phenomenal views of the mountains, valley, and lake from both the front and back yard, this is it! As you drive up, you will immediately fall in love with the great curb appeal, and you will appreciate all the space in the large garage and extra long RV pad, perfect for parking all of your toys. In addition, there is a retractable attic access ladder in the garage with plenty of storage above for all of your seasonal items. As you move inside, you are sure to be inspired by the bright colors and all the light provided by the large windows and the endless can lights. The beautiful LVP floor flows throughout the main level, with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms, and the light colored walls with two-tone paint really give a splash of elegance. The kitchen is spectacular, with white cabinets, stainless appliances, lovely granite, and a custom tile backsplash. There is also plenty of cabinet storage, as well as a breakfast bar for extra seating when dining. The master suite is truly a retreat with a walk-in closet, a barn door, and a remodeled bathroom with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling tile and a lovely basin sink. As you move into the basement, you will notice that the setup would be great for a mother-in-law suite, or a guest area. You will love the large living area, as well as two extra bedrooms. The bathroom is set up to serve as either an en suite bathroom, or to serve the rest of the basement. There is also an extra deep lighted closet off of the family room which could serve as a work from home space if you add a desk. There are two fireplaces, one on each level, and the laundry room in the basement has plenty of room for storage and/or work space. The backyard is the perfect size, with a large patio, perfect for a barbeque or gathering, as well as plenty of room to run and play. There is also a large gravel area that is prepared for a future shed in the South East corner. You will particularly enjoy the evenings, with great sunset views of the valley and the lake. If low maintenance is your hot button, you will be happy to know that the water heater, water softener, and water main were new in 2017, and the AC/Furnace were new in 2016. The evaporative cooler was replaced in 2015, so you have a couple options for how you want to cool your home. The kitchen was put in 10 years ago, the master bath 3 years ago, and the basement bedroom/bathroom 6 months ago. If you love smart home features, you will have your fill with the smart garage door opener, smart sprinkler controller, smart porch lights, Ring Doorbell, and Alexa thermostat. Oh, and if you're looking to work from home, you will love the speed and cost of the Utopia fiber internet! This home is truly a gem that you don't want to miss, so get out and see it soon before someone steals it out from under you! "good neighborhood for young kids as far as kindergarten and older people, Q-tips. parks nearby quiet neighborhood no crime cops live around this neighborhood not many teenagers at all. Very low crime area tight-knit neighborhood everybody knows everybody away from the main area of Centerville on the outskirts Farm area. not many farms left. closest to the Great Salt Lake and closest to the mountains. lots and lots and lots of Mormons live around here."
  • Mike S.
"I've lived here for 13 years never had to worry about crime or anything being destroyed or stolen from criminal activity anywhere here. the neighbors keep to themselves but at the same time or very neighborly. everybody pretty much knows everybody in one way or the other. I do feel safe here and if I left my car door or my garage door open when I went to bed I know it would be safe and the next Warren I'd know that everything's in place and no one has gotten into it."
  • Mike S.
"it's almost crime-free we don't have hardly any teenagers living around here. the only school close by is an elementary school. this neighborhood does not get a lot of traffic because there's no stores Etc really close by or where people have to cut through this neighborhood to get to them. this neighborhood is mostly old people and young families. this neighborhood is Pleasant quiet and most of the neighbors are friendly and no matter who you are they will talk to you if you just say hi. there are many police officers that live close by Within shouting distance but if that didn't work someone would come out to see what's going on it's a neighborhood that you feel safe in you can leave your car door unlocked and 90% the time still safe that no one's going to get into it. it is very quiet and pleasant neighborhood in the evenings and night and it is pleasant during the day. everyone pretty much keeps to themselves somewhat."
  • Troyc66
