Description

My husband recently got a job in Arlington and we need to move closer to his job. Our apartment is a super cute two bedroom, two bathroom with lots of space and big closets. We're on the second floor, so no noisy neighbors above us. There is a pool, a gym, and a media room available to all residents. In the middle of the community there is a big lake with a fountain in the middle, and every spring there are adorable baby ducks everywhere. Our lease would end June 7th, 2017, and you would have the option to renew if you wanted to. There is a subleasing fee of $400 that you would be responsible for. We receive a special rate of $956 a month. Electric is roughly $125 a month on average. We have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. If you are interested, please email or call Megan.
