2 Bedroom Upper Unit in House Near UO Campus - 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit with great separation of space in desirable campus adjacent location. Upper floor of charming house near UO Campus. Each large bedroom has its own kitchenette with sink, fridge, 2 burner cook-top, no oven. Shared bathroom in hall. Tenants have upper 2 bedrooms and bathroom only; no use of locked office/storage rooms on upper floor, yard, or garage. Owner occupies bottom story of house. Street parking only. No laundry facilities available. PO BOX is required. Lawn Care Provided. Garbage Included. Utilities billed through Chinook Properties. Lease required. No Pets. SHOWINGS: If the property listing indicates "Available Now" that means the property is vacant and keys may be checked out from Chinook Properties between 10 a.m. & 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Keys are due back by 3:30 the same day. A $20 cash deposit & valid ID are required to check out a key. Deposit is returned when you return the key on time to our office. If the property is currently occupied then showings of the unit will be scheduled for complete applicants only.
