This is a 1667 square foot all on one level home. It has been completely renovated in summer 2019. Get in the door and, WOW, this is so different from conventional Leisure World homes and you will love it. An open plan living area gives you the feeling of space, light and cleanliness. Modern materials, like easy to clean floor tiles throughout the house and kitchen appliances from GE have been carefully selected by the owners.
The open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling, comfy furniture accommodates you in front of a 52" flat screen TV which offers all kinds of streaming possibilities covering news, sports, movies and series. The kitchen adjacent to the living area offers a lot of storage, brand new GE appliances such as fridge with ice maker and iced drinking water tab, dishwasher, electrical range and microwave, a drinking water tab next to the faucet and a large breakfast bar. All the dishes you need, glasses, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, slow cooker are available.
In front of the kitchen there is your outdoor area, the so called "Arizona Room", closed-in with a screen to keep insects out but it lets a fresh breeze in. The Arizona Room is furnished with a table and chairs for six and a lounge chair and there are two fans to keep you cool. If you like to barbecue, just roll the barbecue outside and have Burgers and Steaks your way.
For those of you who hate to be disconnected, there is an office, with an office table and High Speed fiber internet access, WIFI throughout the house. This room also offers a comfortable Futon which can be unfolded and sleeps 2.
The master bedroom has big windows allowing a view to the backyard. Depending on the season the Orange tree will deliver you fresh oranges for your morning juice. You get two full beds, side by side or separated, just as you prefer. Hidden in the cupboard you get your TV for late night shows, and the same streaming possibilities as the TV in the living room. The bathroom is en-suite, offers a spacious shower room, a thermostatic shower panel with a waterfall head and a separate room for the toilet. Adjacent to the bathroom there is a walking closet.
The guest bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, a closet and is right next to the guest bathroom also equipped with a thermostatic shower panel with a waterfall head. What a pleasure to shower!
To keep the heat out of the house there are special blinds and fans in all the rooms!
There is a utility room with a washing machine and a drier and direct access to the two-car garage. Through the utility room you get directly into the kitchen so your shopping gets easily from the car into the house.
To get around the resort you have a golf cart available, included in the rental price.

Minimum rent 1 month.
Includes monthly rent, including water, electricity, wireless internet access, cable TV. Use of the fitness center, swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, tennis courts, basket ball, racket ball, shuffle board, lawn bowling, pool tables, card room, club room etc. For a very small amount you can join craft workshops, gym classes, computer room, golf practice facilities. Ask for current golf course rates.
Minimum rent 1 month. There is a 200 US Dollar cleaning fee and a deposit of min. 500 US Dollars (depending on length of stay).
