It is located on the cromwell line of middletown between new field st and east st on Tuttle road. It is tuttle rd off of tuttle rd which is across the street from putter place , most people don t even know the street exist and drive right by it , thats how secluded it is The house has 2 bedrooms and large living room with 2 larges closets for storage and open concept to the kitchen /dining room. In the picture you will see a Island and that is on wheels so you can move it around to where it works best for you . Comes with a refrigerator and GAS stove . Oil Heat and hot water , water and gas are all included . Also comes with a washer and dryer . It is surrounded by 100 acres of wetlands that can not be built on and its great to hike through and go exploring and as a child we would make forts in the woods, Also is connected to the mattabassett bike and hike trail,, It is paved but also has trails you walk on also , Its nice to have country living but being so close to civilization, With in minutes you can be on route 9 or 91,66, 84 It has plenty of stores and restaurants in a 5 minute walk. There is walmart, pricechoppers , stop and shop , then for restaurants they have at least 20 restaurants and bars you can go to . If you have a kayak or canoe you can park your car on the side of dunkin donuts and go kayaking on the mattabassett river that leads right to the ct river . There is so much to do in this area.
