The existing services may be found to be viable for use, but they need to be excavated and inspected to make the determination (usually at the time of construction). Water and sewer connection fees are required in either case. I do believe gas is also available in that neighborhood, but I cannot confirm. Electric is also available.”

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
