3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school wants to scare you into doing what you’re supposed to, rather than wanting you to do so. They often have staff or teacher that give up on students once they’ve gone wrong, rather than wanting to see the child’s perspective first. I do think it is ill to leave the child scared of wanting to try new things. As for their safety, I’ve heard multiple times students getting into fights over small things as little as throwing water. I’ve heard a large amount of bullying, and insults thrown where they go. This doesn’t stop, no adult was aware of these continuous cycles?Parent Review10mo ago - Desert Sonora Elementary School

Previously transferred from Tierra Del Sol. & I have to say that what my son brings home is ridicules! maybe if he was a little more prepared it would be okay, but its not! He's being taught multiplication + division at the same time! he's never been introduced to this! Not only that but also cursive! when I brought this up to his former teacher, about if they were being taught cursive she informed me that they DO NOT enforce it at that school!! WOW! Its putting a lot of stress on my child! Now I must find a tutor 2 help him being that the school has no support when it comes to this situation!
