About this House

We have an early 90's mobile home available with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is currently opened up to form a sitting area, but can easily be enclosed again. The former owner had allergies and so had vinyl flooring installed in all the rooms. The living room wall needs to be painted along with a few other minor repairs on the inside. The kitchen is open with lots of room! Living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans installed. There is a nice sized tub for relaxing at night! The outside was recently underpinned (not shown in photos). Very private back yard. We will finance this home for you for only $425/mo, plus a down payment (amount is negotiable) and payoff time will be four years or less!A full-time maintenance manager is on site to provide help with any minor or major maintenance issues.This home is also available as a "rent-only" home for $450/mo.Washer/dryer hookups are available and you can rent-to-own your very own washer/dryer set for only $30/mo from us.Private locked mail boxes are provided for all residents as an option at no charge, saving you the cost of a P.O. box and giving you a safe, secure way to receive mail. Trash service is also provided.One or two smaller indoor pets are allowed (additional fee applies; no aggressive breeds).The community is located near an upscale rural area located centrally between Kings Mountain, Shelby, and Bessemer City, not far from Cherryville. Local schools are excellent. You can enjoy the pleasures of country living and still be close to shopping conveniences in nearby Shelby and Kings Mountain, both of which are only 10 minutes away.Gastonia is only about 20 minutes driving time and Charlotte is 45 minutes away.
