"I have just relocated to Olive street in the past month. Neighbors are friendly and know each other which is a plus. Area is dog and cat friendly. Neighbor hood is quiet and non confrontational. The only noise comes mostly from 15th street traffic. Yards are not junky but are not immaculate- has a small neighbor hood feel. All in all I think that it will be a great place to live. Ten minutes from basically anywhere in Salem or Keizer traveling in automobile."
