4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family moved to New Haven over the Summer of 2023. We have two children and one of them attends New Haven Elementary. Prior to the move, our children attended school in the Lanse Creuse school district. The elementary school is located in a well maintained subdivision. The school in my opinion is large for an elementary school. It is extremely clean inside and we'll maintained on the outside. All of the staff that we have met, have been extremely helpful. I love that the staff takes the time to get to know the students and communicates with parents. The only issue I have is that they are short - staffed with bus drivers. If your bus driver is sick, you will receive a text from the school informing you that you will need to drop/pick-up your student.I personally love our bus driver. She takes the time to personally text the parents of the students on her route, the night before if she is sick. This way we are not waiting at the bus stop or trying to scramble the day of to get our students to school.Parent Review2y ago30 Reviews - New Haven High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy husband and I purchased a home in New Haven over the Summer. Our two boys previously school through the Lanse Creuse District. Since Lanse Creuse is known for being a good district, we were a little hesitant transferring them to New Haven. My oldest son has a learning disability and has an IEP in place. I was nervous about bringing him to a new school where he had no friends and that the teachers didn't know him. At his former High school, it felt like he was just a number. After covid, the school switched to the use of a Chromebook and I noticed a significant decline in my son's grades. One of his disabilities is ADHD and he was easily distracted with the use of a computer. I expressed this concern at his IEP meeting but was brushed aside. I never felt heard.I can honestly say that transferring my student to New Haven High, has been the best thing for him. At his first IEP meeting, I was introduced to a few teachers, Assistant Principal and Caseworker. They were all so nice and inviting. They actually listened to what I had to say. My son told his Geometry teacher "Thank you for actually taking the time to teach me. I don't feel like a number in your class." Since my son started school here, his grades have improved, he enjoys attending and I have noticed an improvement in his mood. This school may not have a ton of funding, however they have teachers that truly care about your kids and their future. They will challenge your child academically and to personally do their best.I recommend this school and personally can't say enough good things about it.Parent Review2y ago13 Reviews - Endeavour Elementary and Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy grandson has ADHD and he went to another school before he came here. The other school treated him so mean and it was a high rated school. My grandson would come home crying everyday. We tried Endeavour, and couldn’t be happier. He’s getting all A’s and B’s and loves school now. Great school.Other Review2y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near 23404 Streamview St #71.

"Positive: Walkable neighborhoods. Friendly people. Lots of people seem to have pets, so.. pet friendly. Not so great: No fenced-in yards. People have a tendency to drive too fast. "

"The commute isn’t bad ! What’s bad is trying to get out on the road from your neighborhood! Sometimes I have to wait up to 10 minutes before you can get on the miles roads do to you want to go east and the west doesn’t let you and once the west allows you the East traffic won’t let you , very disturbing!"

They have tons of activities for kids and free food during the events that they hold. They also do an yearly Christmas party where they have someone set up to be santa, gifts for your kids, and free food. Wonderful community in Camelot Villa. My family and I are very happy here."
