If you have a kayak or canoe you can park your car on the side of dunkin donuts and go kayaking on the mattabassett river that leads right to the ct river . There is so much to do in this area. Two golf courses TPC RIVER highlands and minor hill golf course , Kayaking on the mattabasset, biking and running on mattabasset trail,. Hang out at night by a nice fire in private yard and have cook outs, Quiet secluded safe neighbor hood where there are only 5 house on and everybody looks out for each other and knows each other , great place to raise kids or just relax in with out children , Pets are welcome , Security deposit is determined by your credit score, Rent includes heat and hot water and gas and water , 1500.00, no more worrying about heating bills and taxes and etc and enjoy all the benefits
