I'd have to say that I've NEVER seen a town where so many are needlessly on SSI and other government assistance..And I'm talking about the young people!     "Butler Township has very strict dog laws. This can be both a good thing and a bad thing. You cannot have your dog off-leash at any time unless you have a fenced yard. If your dog barks when you're not home, even 10 minutes straight is enough for a police call. I love it, but there's alot of irresponsible dog owners here. "
