The rent prices have unnecessaily skyrocketed and are NOT compatible with wages for the area at all. But, everyone here hopes that will change soon because this little known gem of a town is too wonderful to live in to pass up because of unwarranted greed. Beaautiful Mils River - friendly, quiet, fresh air, where you can be yourself, relax and enjoy life."
