I am writing this review as a grandparent. My grandson is not safe at school. He is bullied by other students (and at least once by a staff member) and he has been assaulted more than once. The school staff seem more concerned about covering themselves than they are about student safety; their response is "there is nothing we can do." If they cannot do anything, then who is supposed to protect the children? During his years at Bradley, my grandson has been burned, hit with various objects, punched, a break in his hand near a growth plate that caused him to be out of school for three weeks (that one happened while his teacher left her class unattended in the classroom), and a dislocated thumb. In addition, at least one of his pull-out times coincided with lunch. When that happened, they just denied him lunch instead of giving him time to eat.My daughter has tried calling various district offices for help, only to be told the school has to handle it. Again, I must ask, if the school won’t handle it and the district won’t handle it, who will? Do we really have to wait until he is injured enough to be hospitalized before someone will handle it (as my daughter said someone in a district office told her)?Who at Bradley is supposed to keep the children safe, so they can focus on learning? Who at the district office is supposed to keep the children safe if Bradley staff refuses to do so?

SBHS is the very best! The school provides hands-on learning such as the e-Bussiness class that runs and operates The Nest student store and the coffee shop in which they are trained and certified by Starbucks. As well as the Publish Safety class that provides students with knowledge and experiences in careers that involve public safety and are certified by CPR; FEMA certifications including Incident command system, Emergency Planning, Active Shooter What You Can Do, An Introduction to Hazardous Materials, and Fundamentals of Emergency Management. Cardinal City also will include a 21st-century Makerspace for engineering that will work on 3D printers and animatronics from Garner Holt the world's largest Manufacturer of Animatronics & Animatronic Figures and designer of Disneyland robots. This school has unique features such as the Cardinal City Museum that showcases the history of the school and the community do their rich history that data back to 1883 as being the first high school in San Bernardino County. The museum brings history to life with the use of animatronics, videos, and palpable items. These are some of the many things SBHS has to offer.
