The neighboring lot is also available to purchase so bring a friend or buy as a buffer. Fish Kolob Reservoir or visit Zion National Park, located just a short 12 mile scenic drive from Cedar City up the Right Hand Canyon Road that takes you across the mountain range overlooking Cedar City. The drive to this area is very relaxing as you travel from the base of the Rocky Mountain through the tree lined forest that turns from pine trees to tall aspen trees. This road takes you through the forest, to Kolob Reservoir, and to the back side of Zion National Park. Once at the top of the mountain the road is bordered on both sides by stacked zigzag log fencing. The subdivision begins two miles from the paved road.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall CVHS has staff and teachers that want your student to succeed. Teachers are willing to help students staying after or coming early, and granting additional time on assignments when requested. Some kids don't care to be at school or doing work & are disruptive. That needs to be addressed more, but if parents don't care, there isn't much the school can do either. CV has better teachers and academics than Cedar (as I have been told by students who attended Cedar or both). 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt's a good school, but there are better choices out there. Enoch's shining star is that they are able to tout great test scores. But I don't feel they are balanced at all in child education, and those great test scores don't seem to be giving the kids a better advantage over the other local students by the time they reach middle and high school. Would love to see science and writing not be treated like an elective "if we have time," and relax on the all time consuming homework. Compassion, unity in differences, and leadership for youngsters would be great to see implemented more. Soft skills have been proven again and again to be some of the most valuable skills a person can have by the time they graduate.
