Description

This .46 acre level lot is beautifully wooded with tall aspens. Water in this area is hauled in and power is generated with solar or propane. The neighboring lot is also available to purchase so bring a friend or buy as a buffer. Fish Kolob Reservoir or visit Zion National Park, located just a short 12 mile scenic drive from Cedar City up the Right Hand Canyon Road that takes you across the mountain range overlooking Cedar City. The drive to this area is very relaxing as you travel from the base of the Rocky Mountain through the tree lined forest that turns from pine trees to tall aspen trees. This road takes you through the forest, to Kolob Reservoir, and to the back side of Zion National Park. Once at the top of the mountain the road is bordered on both sides by stacked zigzag log fencing. The subdivision begins two miles from the paved road.
