Description

Bring Your Toolbelt and Imagination — This One’s Got Potential! Welcome to 2315 E. Suffock Ave in North Kingman, where the bones are solid, the lot is oversized, and the house is just waiting for someone with a little vision (and maybe a paintbrush or two). This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers 1,024 sq ft of living space, sitting proudly on a double lot measuring 100’ x 128’ (0.28 acres). Out back, there’s even a large easement for added privacy...or as we like to call it, “neighbor distance insurance.” On the west side, you’ll find a 10’ x 60’ carport with plenty of room for vehicles, toys, or that future workshop you’ve been talking about since 2012. On the east side, there’s a 10’ x 30’ sunroom, perfect for coffee, plants, or quietly judging your DIY progress. Sure, this home could use some love... maybe new flooring, a little elbow grease, and your personal touch — but it’s got good bones, and that’s half the battle. With a little work, this could easily become your North Kingman charmer. If you’re handy, have a Pinterest board full of ideas, or just love a good “before and after,” this one’s calling your name. Affordable, spacious, and full of potential ... come make it yours before someone else does!

"my neighborhood is well maintained. there are stores nearby and good job opportunities. also there are sports available for children."
  • Cynthia T.
"I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
  • Edie I.
"We live in downtown Kingman, I love it. Wonderful neighbors , Beal st has great shops, restaurants and art galleries. Good hiking and beautiful sunsets."
  • Victoria T.

"Great Place to live very safe and quiet. Drawbacks would be the job market. Commuting is easy. Infrastructure not very well thought out but I love it here"
  • Teresamontgomery

  • Ginina I.
"It would be nice if more people would walk their dogs on leashes around the neighborhood, but everyone has fences around their property and they all keep to themselves. I wish the neighbors were more friendly around here, like they are in Las Vegas!"
  • Krystal P.
"Dogs are always welcome. Friendly neighborhood, almost all dog owners. There is no problem if you are a dog owner."

"In the Butler area, it is noisy to walk your dog because all of the homes here have dogs pretty much, and so they are constantly barking. Kingman has several Dog Parks though. "
  • Amanda D.
"Dog owners like seeing multiple people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Dog owners don't like walking their pets and being bothered by people on drugs causing commotion with others. "
  • Dzzrtrock
"too much meth. Too much pot. But is cool for an iconic Route. 66 desert town. Old businesses, Big volcanic buttes & huge lakes 30 miles away"

The neighbors are good and the place is looking better and better as we get out of the recession. Very good access with Route 66 to most of the Town that's quick with 2 convenience gas marts station"
