"This area is very dog friendly but the HOA rules are strict a about leashing your dogs at all times, cleaning up after them and sometimes they can even dictate how many you own."

"Parts of Essex are beautiful. Lots of waterfront properties, well maintained neighborhoods, woods and parks. The rest of Essex is terrible. Its turning into Baltimore City. "
