"I've lived here for 3 years and everyone is so friendly and looks out for each other. We have community events and yard sells. Even if you don't play golf, the views are wonderful."

"You have to have your own car or walk to where you want to go. There isn’t any public transportation available close to my neighborhood and some people are scared to come to our neighborhood. Papa John’s won’t deliver after dark to my neighborhood."
