The special needs program and teachers absolutely failed my child. It was a very poor program, the teacher made Facebook posts about my low functioning autistic child while doing absolutely nothing to help him. The principal Robyn screamed at me once in front of my child because it took me an hour to drive from Milwaukee to pewaukee to pick him up from school sick. I was a single mother in school- I made it there as fast as I could and she screamed at me in the Parking lot in front of my child and everyone else. It was embarrassing, tacky, classless, and I pulled my kid out of that school soon after. My son went from being scared to go to school to happy and thriving where he is now.

"Everyone has dogs and are very friendly. I’ve never had any trouble with anything here. I’ve always had stuff to do with everything being so close to one another. The lake is a great spot. "

"I live near the original down town The beach is close as well as several great restaurants plus the park. Pewaukee has events for family and adults throughout the year. "

"The original down town is small and kept up very well with a beach and an ice cream/sandwich shop. Larger stores are very close but the old fashioned down town makes a great stop or nice daily walk "

"the location just off of main vain to Waukesha and Milwaukee or west of one wishes. beautiful lake views everyday, great fishing if you don't mind the weeds. down side is allot of partiers in neighborhood. Allot of outdoor gatherings too."
