Renting a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhome in Catonsville, close to UMBC campus. 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore, close to routes 295/695/895/95. Completely empty, no furnishing, bring your own designs!

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, an office space (which could also be used as a small bedroom-a twin bed would fit) and a bathroom to share. The basement has a larger bedroom with lots of light, and a full bathroom. Washer/dryer, A/C, dishwasher, parking pad, small backyard, GREAT neighbors, including other UMBC students, young professionals, young families, old folks; a great mix! $1550 for a year long lease, starting July 1.

Safe area, a policeman lives 2 doors down. Looking for quiet and clean renters, no partiers, please (at least not in the house!). Shops and restaurants close by. No pets, no smokers.

Close drive to downtown Bmore (10 minutes), near some great food spots (Grilled Cheese Co, Atlantic Seafood Co) and historic Catonsville and Ellicott City. All my neighbors are awesome, crime has never been an issue, quiet street. Great running/jogging trail right behind the house for everyone in the community. Local park nearby, old trolley rails converted to nature paths, all around great place to live. "
