Central heating and a spiral staircase leading to a 3rd story cupola with 360° view, perfect for finishing for a reading room. Main home has a large formal living, original fireplace with massive sliding pocket doors. Formal dining. Eat in kitchen. Laundry room. Second floor has a smaller secondary bedroom and a very large secondary bedroom. Hall bath. Huge master with attached bath. The fourth bedroom is connected to the hall and a small door to master. Both the first and second floor have doors into the first and second floor of the addition, so can be used as one large home or closed off for inlaw suite use. Front door leads into a foyer with another door, to prevent loss of heat. Hallways are amazingly wide and open. Vaulted ceilings.
The roof has a leak and there will need to be ceiling repair as well. Therefore, looking for a cash sale or non-conventional sale. Carpeted areas will need replacing, but it only a small area of the home. Priced accordingly, 23k under value.
