The property is a 2 bed 2 bath home, with a spacious, living area and recently renovated kitchen area with beautiful wood top counters and great lighting. There is also a closed in backyard and deck area that is perfect for outside dinning and gardening activities. Additionally, there is a shed in the backyard that can be used for storage.
The house is a five minute walk from the Wells Branch Community Center and Park/Trails. This area has a sand volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, swimming pools and soccer/flag football fields. There are several miles of walking/bike trails that run north and south of community center eventually leading to Mills Pond. This property is also about a 10 minute drive to the Domain and surrounding North Austin tech offices.
Please note I require a background/credit check, which costs approximately 40 USD.
I am looking for at least a year long lease and am open to longer terms at an improved different rate.
