Super close to public transportation and an awesome Metra (UP-Northwest) to/from Chicago.

    "The elementary schools, junior high schools, and the high schools are very good. The park district offers many youth programs all four seasons. The parks and paths are well maintained. The city organizes several outdoor family events throughout the year. There is a farmers market on the weekends in the summer, a fall Festival close to Halloween, and a 4th of July parade, Festival, and fireworks. NOTE: Events this year. 2020, may be affected by the COVID 19 pandemic. "
