NOT IMPRESSED!!!. It does not seem as though the principle is completely qualified for her job. Maybe she has the proper credentials but it's a well known fact in the area that the only reason she has her job is because her husband and father-in-law are on the school board for the county. Instead of paying qualified special needs teachers ..teachers aids were being used. Where did all that $$ go that was for paying those teachers? I feel as though most of the teachers really care and TRY to do their job but come to dead ends in helping children once it reaches the principle. There are MANY families in the area that have started home schooling their children or have enrolled their child in a different school altogether as I have. On the other hand if your child is a perfectly behaved kid that has no energy to burn and ALWAYS does what they are told and doesn't ask questions about what they are learning and keeps their mouth shut then you shouldn't have any problems with this school. Also the High School is NOT somewhere I would send my child. There has been reports of teachers selling and doing drugs at school only to get a 4 weeks suspension WITH pay.

From my child's first day they have always worked hard to progress his learning. The teachers always encourage my child to advance at his pace seeing his potential in academics.

Everyone feels like Family, Small Town Atmosphere.

Don't send your children here. They will deny your child access to education.

This school is awful I'm currently a student here, The violence is awful, bullying is really bad, some teachers don't even try to teach the students however some do try but not very many, Drug use and smoking is very common, there is a lot of rude undisciplined students here, it's not very clean and up to date, and there is so much exclusivity in the students.

Very bad school i hate it there,fights happen alot and kids get bullied alot and the teachers don't even care but they act like they do when they really don't,very bad school i dont recommend at all

If you like your kid to be bullied, racially and sexually harassed without repercussions, this is a perfect school for you. As a former student who attended 3rd-7th grade it was the worst experience and staff has not changed over the years significantly. I experienced racism and biased experiences from both teachers and students, with the wealthier kids who have ties to the principal and staff getting away with practically everything. The school will try to sweep incidents such as sexual harassment under the rug and leave parents in the dark unless their public face is threatened. The school would rather spend their budget on a new school sign than actually purchase new technology and education material as, when I attended, my books were almost if not over a decade old. The actual learning is pitiful and really telling as to why the school is rated so low in education, with most teachers having the ideology of "copy the book" rather than actually making an active, engaging, and educational classroom.

It used to be a great school but these last 2 years is horrible my daughter can't get help from teachers without the bullying comments. she said she would rather die because all the teachers and students bully her to that point

Horrible. The teachers are rude and some say bad things behind students backs. The staff are horrible.

I went to this school and I loved it.
