I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP due to work relocations. I am in a spacious 1 Br conveniently located adjacent to the pool, mailboxes and gymnasium in the Waterleaf Apartments in Vista. The layout of the apartment is fantastic with tons of room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and the apartment comes with a separate storage closet located on the patio.

I signed my lease for 1765/month which is a price you will be locked into throughout the year with the option to carry over if you resign the lease. This is an amazing deal because now these same floor plans are going anywhere from 2k - 2.5k.

The complex allows dogs, is well located next to the free way with tons of grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. There is actually a Boomers about mile away because who doesn't like go carts and arcade games!
