In the back is a small barn with a separate coop and fenced area for your chickens or other critters you might enjoy having. For children, there is a safe place for them to play and roam. As to schools, Ferndale has some of the best schools in the county. If you have dogs, no worry as there are no close neighbors. Not only do they have plenty of places to explore, you can also take them to the dog friendly beach which is only a 5 mile drive away.

The house proper sits on 20 acres, but there is a 5 acre piece that has a separate drive and could be developed into income property.
