Mother in law unit is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with large living room and full kitchen. This property is also has owned solar so keep your energy bills low.
Rent is $3000 per month and includes landscaping and pool service. Security deposit is $3000. Pets considered with monthly pet fee of $25 per pet (age and breeds restrictions apply). One year lease term. Property is available in mid August.
