"Turtle Creek is a wonderful place to live. Very quiite neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Developement always has activitys for the kids. If you are looking for a family friendly neighborhood this is the place to be in an excellent school district. "

"Living in Hampstead feels like living in a small friendly town of 60 years ago; people wave and speak, even to strangers, and help each other in times of need. The weather is influenced by the Gulf Stream, so it's always cooler (or warmer) than in nearby inland communities. While it is quiet here, there is plenty to do, especially if you like water activities, and both Wilmington and Raleigh have a lot to offer in terms of culture, concerts, and night life."

"I have no idea what this post is referring too. I have lived in Hampstead Pines since the beginning. No through streets lots of Cul-de-sac streets for the kids to ride bikes, play basketball safely! Great location to Wilmington and Jacksonville and Topsail Schools is one of the best in NC."
