    "this area is so isolated from everything . the view may be great ,but it's not worth the troubles of getting down there in the winter no neighbors and no road association make it exspensive to get the road plowed . good luck getting out in the spring time when the snow melts and you have 10 foot wide by 2 feet deep ice holes"
