Welcome to this amazing half-duplex, townhouse-style apartment in desirable East Norwalk. Located within a short distance from East Norwalk train, Veteran's Park and the water, and SONO, this location couldn't be more ideal. Restaurants, schools, parks, shops and all transportation are just minutes away, not to mention Calf Pasture Beach! This home was completely rebuilt from the foundation up, and has high ceilings, and lots of bright spaces. From the main entrance, there are beautiful hardwood floors and 9+ foot ceilings, with huge windows. The living room and dining room are here, with a half bath, access to the full, unfinished basement and laundry, and stairs to the second level. The kitchen is at the back of the home with access to a mudroom and the private back patio. the kitchen is in nice shape, and incredibly bright. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms that share a large bathroom. There is also access to the attic for storage. With central air, a dedicated off-street parking space, and ample storage, this rental apartment is an amazing option! Make sure all tenants have excellent credit, high income, and no dogs. Credit under 700 shouldn't bother visiting, those offers will NOT be considered. Full credit history, application, proof of income, and supplements should be included with every tenant application.
