"I lived in this neighborhood for 16 years. Never had any trouble and for the most part very quiet & neighbor friendly."
  • Kelsey B.
"This is a big dog town, you can even bring your dog into a couple of the stores. A few stores have bowls of water and treats outside for the dogs as well. There are poop bags around town for convenience as it is a nice place to walk around. People come and park in tow so they can walk their dogs around."
  • K.D.P
"I lived here 16 years and the kids haven’t been the issue, it’s the adults. Nosing, confrontational, don’t clean up after their animals. It hasn’t been as peaceful in the Neighbour in last 5 years. Time to start looking for another place. "
  • Donna A.
"Everyone looks after one another in that they watch the houses and take care of one another’s homes and plants and mail and garbage, etc while on vacation."
  • Patrick W.
"It is a great place from seaside little harbor town to expansive farms and industry. Close to the beaches but still not out of the way to go north "
  • Jay W.
"My neighborhood is very nice and close to highways. People are always friendly. Close to not only stores but schools and the train station."
  • Joyce
"There are lots of dogs in our neighborhood and people walking dogs daily. It is a very friendly neighborhood and people know the dogs buy like they do the neighborhood kids. "
  • Sluko
"Great school system especially the Stony Lane elementary school which is nationally recognized as one of the top 100 elementary schools in the country. stony Lane is also a National Blue Ribbon school. The Town offers no,erosion programs for students and the Middle school, and High school are top notch. "
  • Profbkenney
"I regularly see people walking their dogs but it’s not always safe because of the lack of sidewalks."

  • sbd000 a. c.

  • sbd000 a. c.
"Peace and quite, yet close to Providence, Boston and New York city. International airpot 15 minutes away, beaches and boating 15 minutes away. Great restaurants, shopping, and high quality libraries and museums, theatre, are also nearby. World class hospitals in Boston are 1 hour away."
  • christopher l.
"North Kingstown is one of the most exciting places in RI to live in these days, with T travel to PVD and Boston at Wickford Junction, great little village in old port town, quiet beaches and excellent schools. That said, we do worry about the growing sprawl in the area."
  • Benjerrymisty
"I live nearby. This area is quiet yet very convenient to shopping (Walmart, Home Depot, Stop & Shop Supermarket), transportation (NYC-Providence-Boston train station 7 minutes away plus Park and Ride and bus stop) and the best beaches in New England. Our elementary school was recently named a National Blue Ribbon School, our middle school has also received this honor and our high school consistently ranks in the top 4 currently 3rd in RI out of 49 public high schools."
