The backyard has all the features! About 2 years ago, a beautiful stamped patio area was added. Next to a really cool coy fish pond. There is a man-made pond on the property surrounding by ornamental grasses, that you can view from the owner?s suite! There is a greenhouse with hydronic heat, electrical panel and its own water source. Fruit trees galore through out the property and grape vines behind the greenhouse. 36x50 detached garage/ shop that was built in 1984 and finished in the early 90?s. One side is heated and insulated with floor drains and a water hydrant. The back half is not heated but great for storage, two small overhead doors and one sliding door in the middle. Just in front of the detached garage is a chicken coop, a small section of it is insulated and heated. Behind the detached garage is a maple syrup shack, all set up with the cooker and the pan. And you don?t have far to go to collect the sap, the woods it full of maple trees! There are two heated deer stands that will also stay with the property. To complete this property there is a beautiful large windmill, garden beds, a horseshoe shaped driveway (with power stands along the gravel side to plug in vehicles on the cold days) a flag pole in the front yard, and two ? 1000 gal lp tanks AND a 500 gal tank for the shop and greenhouse.

This would be a pretty good school to go to. The teachers are great too. If kids need help, the teachers are really good helpers. The principal is really great too. He is kind.
