This 1200 square foot, 2 bedroom house packs a ton of punch. From the size of the interior rooms to the amount of covered patio space on the exterior, this house will be comfortable in all seasons. Both bedrooms have moderate size walk-in closets for plenty of storage. The kitchen boasts an island for prep space and includes electric for convenience, while the pantry provides space for all those necessities. The super large bathroom includes an over sized linen closet. Enter the front door and as you walk through the living room into the kitchen and continue to the dining room it becomes apparent this house is bigger than appears. The basement is a surprise as well with a small room to use as an office and a bigger room with a pellet burning stove that would make a great family room.     "Beautiful homes on Delaware Ave and Cooper streets, but Broad Street, hmm, well. I am sure it use to be charming. With the shopping malls nearby, its hard for this town to make a comeback to what it once was. The town is quite noisy with the freight trains always blaring their horns, police and fire always busy, and then then the cars racing each other down Rt 45 in all hours of the night."
