Updated bathrooms. Hardwood flooring throughout the home. Porcelain tile in the foyer, kitchen and baths. Also features a brick-paver driveway and patio. Two-car garage. Tenant responsible for all utilities including water (Wheaton), sewer (DuPage), gas (Nicor), electric (ComEd), and garbage (LRS). Note that we have tenant living in the house now.
