Great teachers and the staff is very helpful. If you're looking for the best elementary school in Norfolk Camp Allen is the top 3. You're never going to find that "perfect " school because every school has flaws . I've never had a problem with my kids going here. There is help at the school for all types of Problems you may have. You just have to speak up and ask for help. Respect goes a long way. I personally will never change the decision to send my kiddos here.

"it's ok area but it's also a neighborhood where people is out at all times . so don't let your kids out at night without a parent and adult. there are a lot of military out here also. and there are crimes out here. so it's always best to stay away from folks at night.so i feel safe out here for most part "

"dogs are welcome you will see all sizes and types u will see people who have fences in their front yard their dogs play out front as well as long as you can control your dog there would be no problems."

"Glenwood Park is in walking distance to NAS Norfolk and Camp Allen USMC Bases, City Bus stops, local dinning and shopping centers.The Glenwood Park also has a civic league for keeping concearns and event happening up to date for the residents last Tuesday of the month at 7 PM. The subdivision is a hidden area close to the above mentioned and the homes are very friendly towards families. The Schools are real good for the children with many scholarship opportunties available for those hard working students. "
