About this House

If you're renting and ready to seriously consider buying a home, this may be your chance to own a comfortable, well-maintained home in great condition. If you're considering downsizing, this may be a great choice for you.

The home has ceramic plank flooring in the entry, dining area, and kitchen. New quality carpet was installed the last month. Also, in the last couple months the 3 season room was significantly updated. Old aluminum framed windows were removed and 2 sliding doors were installed. One door slides right, the second door slides left and they meet in the middle. It's the best of both worlds, you now have the option of sealing the room from the outside when doors are closed or open them completely and let the breeze flow through the house. Flooring was also upgraded from outdoor carpet when the double sliding doors were installed.

Both BRs received quality top-up/bottom down blinds. The master bedroom's blinds are "blackout" blinds and they REALLY block the light for those days you want to sleep in. The master bath and 2nd bath both have ceramic floors.

There is deeded parking in the detached garage and an additional parking spot in front of the building, so 2 parking spots available.

The roof was replaced just over 3 years ago and it has a 15 year warranty. The HOA fee covers: Property casualty insurance, garbage, water, sewer, and the electric to heat the hot water heater. The hot water heater was replaced about 2 years ago. A quality LG brand dishwasher was installed about a year ago.

Electricity is the only utility I pay and typically spring, summer, and fall the bill is about $50/month, sometimes less. In the winter, my highest bill was about $130 (I do turn the thermostat down at night during winter months). I have Direct TV and the internet provider is Vast Broadband.
