Description

Our home has 3 bedrooms, all upstairs, along with a large central great room. There are large closets throughout the house, including several walk-in closets for plenty of storage room. New carpet installed in 2019. The master suite is expansive, with a huge walk-in closet, large bedroom, his/her sinks, separate tub and shower, and three windows overlooking the front yard. The two additional bedrooms round out the upstairs sleeping area. A shared full bathroom upstairs complements the rest of the rooms. The main floor boasts a large entry room that can be used as a formal sitting room, dining room, or another living room. New flooring installed in 2019. The open family/dining room and kitchen worked great for our main entertaining/TV area, large dining table, and all of our kitchen activities. The mobile island adds a convenient flexibility for special occasions. The coat closet at the top of the basement stairs provides another nice storage area, as well as the large pantry right next to the kitchen. The laundry room is tucked in the corner, keeping the noise and clutter out of view. A double-sliding-door closet extends the convenient storage capacity. The main floor includes a half bath just off from the kitchen. The back deck is new from 2020 and includes tall privacy walls and decorative metal panels, with plenty of room for a grill and a table set. The yard has a mature hedgerow lining the back edge, with a terraced garden in the corner. A touch of wild comes with the trees and bushes lining the north edge. The basement is very functional and served as a full woodworking workshop in the large utility room, with two other large rooms used for exercise equipment and additional storage opportunities. We really enjoyed our time here and hope you do too! Buyer's agent fee is not included, but we're absolutely open for negotiation. Thanks!

"It’s hard to find a home for rent that allows pets in this area. And the places that do normally aren’t the best "
  • Duane W. .
"Growing up in Fairborn is like no other place. It’s three or four cities in a population of 34000 give or take. In the middle of town it’s a typical Midwest town and values. It’s a military town, with Wright-Patterson AFB. It was nothing growing up and going to someone else’s parents and one their parents could be of any nationality. So, you learn different cultures. Finally, the people from Appalachia. Like my parents. Following the factory and Air Force jobs from the mountains of Appalachia. So, Fairborn is a great place to raise your children."
  • Regina Phalange
"In this neighborhood, there’s nothing. Several people who don’t take care of their property and several “manly men” who want to remind us all they have big trucks and motorcycles. Can’t wait to move. "
  • Rex L.
"good children caring community, and nice parks around, but not much other to do than ride your bike to parks and hang out with children at home. "
  • Rhonda W. C.
"My neighborhood is close to 675, 70 and 4, so Geri g any where is easy and quick. Close to good shopping and restaurants one exit away. "
  • Madlibs16
"My neighborhood consists of 3 streets in the country. I love it here. Very quiet. Very safe. And there's a pool!"
  • Rthurneyssen
"Family and military oriented community with small town setting that’s accessible to larger Ohio cities "
  • Hicks a.
"easy access to shopping areas without being a major city. small town feel with big city benefits "
  • Raneemurphy
"I have lived here 20 years. Raised my children here. Very quiet neighborhood we live in, all the people are friendly. "
  • Michelle W.
"I’ve lived here for 2 years. It’s a condo complex but we rent. The neighborhood is either young professional, young family with small children or the elderly. "
