House sits on a spring fed lake that is adjacent to a much larger also spring fed lake. Fishing is good as both lakes were stocked for many years and there are minimal people who have access to the lake and fish it. You would live right on it and walk out you back door to it. House sits at the end of the lake with very quiet natural setting all around in the back yard and across the lake.

 House has ceiling fans throughout, full wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and backyard is fenced. Walk in closet in master bedroom. Built in bar area in den/office/3rd bedroom area.

This is a NO SMOKING HOME.

 There is a very nice community clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, basketball, BBQ area, Kids playground, Exercise/ Gym room that is less than 1 minute walk from the house. You get to use it all and then just walk away with no maintenance.

 House is located in a deed restricted neighborhood with the usual deed restrictions such as no commercial vehicles parked outside (in the garage is fine) no trailers etc. I can make the rules available to you to read if you feel you have some gray areas. Nothing crazy, but they do enforce them unlike most neighborhoods and it has helped make this a very steady quiet area to live. A lot of families live in the area and there are lots of kids as well if you are concerned about your kids having others to play with.

I do accept pets (we need to discuss first, but most are not an issue) with a non refundable per pet fee at lease inception.

 I require first, last and $500 security deposit. I realize that is a big nut to crack all at one time so if it is a problem for you, let's talk. I still require it, but I am negotiable as to the time frame I receive it all.

 Please feel free to drive by the area and check it out and let me know if you have an interest. You are also welcome to stop by at anytime and walk around the side of the house and around the house through the gate to check out the home. I have left the blinds open so you can look in and see most of the house through the windows. You should also check out the Clubhouse and pool/tennis area as well while you are there.

 After you have done this, and you are interested in getting inside, please text me first so we can talk as needed or I can possibly answer your questions in a return text. . I am very busy during the day and this is the best way to get things started.
