Anyone living at the leased premises more then 10 consecutive days OR a total of 20 days in any 1 year period AND is over 18 years old is required to fill out an application. Applicants must have 1 year of verifiable rental history. Combined verifiable income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants.
