"I’ve been living in the area for 3 years. Prior to moving out her i lived on the south side in a rough area so big change. It’s quiet, never had a problem with packages or mail or even neighbors."

"It’s a very safe feeling neighborhood. Good or ok neighbors. Everything u would need is close by. Restaurants are awesome. Snow removal on the streets is done right away. Lots of things to do. Good schools."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 33 years. It’s changed a lot. Most of the neighbors are new, and keep to themselves. It’s quite and safe. Good for families and older residents. Not very much fun for the in betweens. No neighborhood activities ever "

"Many parks and beautiful trails to walk! Pet friendly area. Many people respectfully exercising their pups often, typically leashed. Huge coyote presence, however, so it would be advisable to keep them leashed and near to you while walking. Nice area "
