"What’s important for families and parents to know is that There are a lot of families displacing existing residents and gut renovation. Prices are going up. So existing homeowners are selling."

"Just clean up after your dog and have courtesy for your neighbors. When there is no respect that is when it becomes a problem having dogs around. "

"New York is a interesting place to grow up especially if you want to expose your child to diversity and having street smarts. If you are looking for a quiet suburban home that’s car centric. This is not that. "

"Astoria is slowly getting gentrified and there are newer buildings that cost more. I think it is a nice area and close to Manhattan and it has more residential feel than a city feel"

"This is the family oriented neighborhood. It is safe, clean and convenient. You can see lots of kids playing on the sidewalk or walking with parents. There are parks and public transportation like N/W/R/M trains and buses. Grocery stores and restaurants are everywhere. Very close commute to Manhattan about 15’ by train. Good place to raise kids with good public schools. I like living here."
