You will live like you are one of the rich people in a family compound consisting of 4 homes 2 private swimming pools basketball court axeling all kinds of games with a huge porch between the homes. On the other side are sprawling gardens of food chickens herbs and spices. Very very peaceful and family friendly. This unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished the price varies slightly if furnished.

We are very flexible on the lease term from one month to a year and rates vary depending on length of lease, furnished or unfurnished, plus utilites.

We require last month and security deposit and do a background check do not care about your credit only evictions and certain felonies
