About this House

This singlewide mobile home has sat empty for 15plus years, used as storage. Racoons have lived there. Electric was unsafe , and plumbing had burst when I purchased it. Since that the seams of the roof and exterior frame have come loose. Home has potential to be restored. Check on the city of Crestline web page for guidelines about replacing this home. "Schools don’t have a great reputation. However, there are lots of kids in the town. Nice public pool. Town is doing a lot to make itself nicer- we have some surprisingly nice restaurants and festivals. Lots of things to do in an hours drive (Columbus, Sandusky, etc). Lots of cute houses."
