Move-in costs include first month's rent, applicable monthly fees, and required deposit(s).

Tenant is responsible for electricity, which must be placed in the tenant's name. Water, sewer, and garbage (W/S/G) are billed at a flat monthly rate along with rent.

Owner approval is required for up to two pets, with each pet weighing less than 40 lbs. Dogs prohibited under the property's insurance policy are not eligible for approval. All approved pets are subject to applicable pet deposits and monthly pet fees.
