"Lots of dogs. HOA requires dogs to be on leashes or in positive control by some other means. Lots are min 2 acres, min 2 dogs per, so reasonable distribution "

"Honestly I can't think of a safer place to raise a family than this neighborhood. All of the neighbors "I" know are very friendly. Pretty cheap places also to start off a new life. Would rate neighborhood a 9/10."

"If you are looking for a great family community nestled between horse farms and a blended country/suburban atmosphere, Weddington should be on your short list. Public schools are ranked at the top of the State consistently. Great place to raise a family. Small town feel, with access to all the big town amenities. "
