They put an emphasis on makin sure they run a pre k..unfortunately the pre k is located in the special ed room and the special ed students suffer for it. They are made to deal with unruly 3 yr olds, witness poor behavior, and are expected to understand why the rules apply to them but everyone else does as they please. Poor environment for special needs children. Lacks structure. They'd rather play daycare than help special needs kids in their own classroom.

"Quality growth in Harrah recently but still has a small-town feel. Some of the best schools in Oklahoma. The new turnpike has brought in new retail and restaurants! This community and this neighborhood is very desirable!"

"A drive to Oklahoma city is about 30-45mins. If you work in the city you need to own a car to live in harrah conveniently. I would recommend harrah as a nice town the have kids...Or not haha. The harrah park is clean has lots of space, 2 basketball courts a splash pad, a 2 ponds, and a 1 mile long trail to run on."

"Difficult. Nearby highway construction is causing detours on the main thru routes. Nearest Interstate is 10+ miles. All other routes on surface roads go thru small towns and are slow."
