Rent Payment
Monthly rent is $2,100 due on the 1st day of each month. Payment received after the 5th day of the month will incur a late fee of $40

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $2,100 is required before move-in. The deposit will be returned within [30] days after the tenant vacates the property, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Occupancy
The property is to be occupied only by the tenants listed on this lease agreement. No additional occupants are allowed without written permission from the landlord.

Maintenance and Repairs
Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and notifying the landlord promptly of any maintenance issues. Tenants are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

Utilities
Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities unless otherwise stated.
